The 2011-2012 Parent Survey is now available. Please click here to complete this survey online. If you need a paper copy, let your child’s teacher know and we will send one home. You may complete one survey for each child enrolled in the district. Please complete this survey by March 2nd.

The Teacher Needs Assessment is currently available online. Every certified staff member in the district is expected to complete this survey. There is a Proof of Completion page at the end of the survey which needs to be printed, signed and turned in to your principal to verify that you have completed it. The survey will be available until 4:00 p.m. on Friday, February 24th.
